At the Hensch lab, we analyzed the effects of early-life experiences on social network organization in mice. Networks consisted of only male or only female mice, some exhibiting early-life stress. For each network, we looked at individual and social network organization by analyzing network measures such as clustering, global efficiency, and outdegree centrality.
